Committed to redefining the world of CLM, Aurora empowers both financial institutions and RegTech vendors by delivering solutions, insight and organisational change, offering technology-agnostic and independent advisory services.

Delta Capita is investing in advisory capability for clients’ most complex challenges. This acquisition will broaden Delta Capita’s CLM advisory, configuration and systems integration capability for all market leading technologies.

Aurora’s CEO Sean Vickers will become a Partner, and Global Head of CLM Advisory at Delta Capita. Based in London, Sean has over two decades of experience in the capital markets sector and has successfully led and grown global teams across various wholesale banking functions. He was previously the middle-office Global Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Client Management at HSBC Global Banking and Markets.

Aurora’s Chief Operating Officer, Jiwan Laly, and Chief Technology Officer, Matthew Benham, will also join Sean Vickers as Partners at Delta Capita. Their extensive experience and leadership in their respective fields will be invaluable assets to Delta Capita, further strengthening the company’s strategic and technological capabilities.

Joe Channer, CEO and Founder at Delta Capita says: “We are thrilled to welcome Aurora to Delta Capita. Their extensive experience in the CLM space will play a crucial role in driving our consulting business’s growth. The team joining us will allow Delta Capita to offer CLM advisory capabilities to our clients and allow us to successfully deliver global best-in-class, market-leading solutions for all our clients.”

Sean Vickers, Managing Director, CEO at Aurora commented: “We are delighted to be joining the Delta Capita family, a move that will significantly scale our ability to deliver innovative client lifecycle management solutions to financial institutions globally. Our strategic combination unites Aurora's deep expertise in CLM strategy and advisory with Delta Capita's extensive geographical and CLM services. Together, we are uniquely positioned to help our clients transform their operations across the entire CLM customer journey and I look forward to working with the Delta Capita team to drive exceptional value and thought leadership for our clients.”

This news follows Delta Capita’s recent acquisition of Client On-Boarding technology from the London Stock Exchange Group, and the news that Daiwa Capital Markets Europe has selected Delta Capita to provide its fully managed Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) service.
