Fundcraft, a leading provider of digital fund operations, today announces the appointment of Craig Perrin as Chief Revenue Officer.
Craig brings over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services and fintech, most recently driving growth at Metaco, a leading provider of digital asset custody infrastructure. Under Craig’s leadership as Chief Sales Officer, Metaco secured high-profile deals with top-tier global financial institutions, positioning itself as a key player in the digital asset market before being acquired by Ripple in 2023.
In his new role, Craig will oversee revenue growth initiatives as fundcraft continues its rapid expansion across Europe and beyond. His strategic leadership will be essential in advancing the company’s market presence following its successful €5 million Series A funding round led by Aperture Capital earlier this year. Craig will play a key role in driving product development, international growth, and expansion into new asset classes beyond fundcraft’s current focus of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Fund of Funds.
Julien De Mayer, Founder and CEO of fundcraft, commented: “Craig’s addition to the team is a significant milestone for fundcraft. His vast experience and proven track record in scaling financial services companies and managing high-growth fintech ventures will be invaluable as we accelerate fundcraft’s next phase of development. With Craig’s leadership, we are confident in our ability to further accelerate growth and deliver transformative digital solutions to alternative asset managers globally.”
Perrin's background is deeply rooted in the securities services and institutional banking sectors. At Standard Chartered, he served as the Global Head of Sales for Securities Services, leading efforts to expand the bank’s custody and asset servicing business across global markets. His roles at Banco Santander and Abbey Financial Markets further solidify his reputation for driving business growth in highly regulated and competitive environments.
Speaking on his appointment, Craig Perrin said: “fundcraft’s vision of revolutionising fund administration with an end-to-end digital platform aligns with the growing needs of asset managers to reduce complexity and enhance transparency. Joining fundcraft at this pivotal stage is a tremendous opportunity. I’m looking forward to contributing to the company’s continued success and expansion.”
fundcraft continues to establish a strong foothold in the European fund administration market, now serving more than 25 asset management clients, managing over 210 funds on their behalf, and representing more than €8.1 billion in commitments.
