This cutting-edge solution guarantees seamless transaction flows and safeguards businesses against revenue losses during outages.

Monitors represents a significant leap forward in payment processing technology, providing businesses with unprecedented control over their transaction flows. The system enables companies to set up custom alerts based on transaction acceptance rates, allowing for instant identification and resolution of payment issues. This innovative approach not only minimizes revenue losses but also maintains business continuity during network outages and other disruptions, such as automatic fraud rules being applied to genuine transactions or problems with the acquirer or payments processor.

This feature has recently been rolled out via the Yuno platform with merchants already reaping its rewards. Rappi, Latin America’s most popular super app, has leveraged Monitors to reduce response time to payment irregularities from up to 10 minutes to just milliseconds, preventing thousands of rejected transactions.

Leonardo Benante, Global Head of PayIns at Rappi, explained:
"Yuno's Monitors feature has simplified our approach to payment processing. The AI-powered smart routing technology has significantly decreased our transaction failures and reduced the time our analysts spend resolving disruptions by nearly 80%. Since a rejected transaction is essentially a lost order, every second that a supplier is inactive translates into lost sales. Tools like Monitors help us minimize this negative impact on both the company and our users."

Julian Núñez, Co-founder and COO of Yuno, commented:
“In today's fast-paced digital economy, even a brief payment disruption can result in substantial losses for businesses. With Monitors, we're providing our clients with an intelligent, automated system that not only detects issues but also takes immediate action to keep transactions flowing smoothly."

Monitors is now available as part of Yuno's comprehensive payment orchestration platform, offering businesses of all sizes the tools they need to optimize their payment processes and protect their revenue streams.
