Alessandro brings over a decade of experience in finance leadership within the fintech and technology sectors. Most recently, Alessandro served as Head of Finance & Analytics EU at Klarna, where he played a crucial role in the company's European operations. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Commercial Finance at Wise, where he contributed significantly to the company's financial strategy and development. At Finom his goals are to support the company’s expansion plans while maintaining long-term sustainability, build a strong finance team, strengthen financial governance and risk management by implementing comprehensive controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing financial planning and reporting processes.
