Currently research is available from three providers - Investor Responsibility Research Centre (IRRC), Glass Lewis and Egan-Jones Proxy Services. The analyses can be viewed by all users of PE Lite that subscribe to the research providers.

Robert Schifellite, senior vice president and general manager, ADP ICS, says: "The availability of multiple research opinions on shareholder meetings via one platform will greatly enhance the ability of those responsible for voting to fulfill their fiduciary obligation to vote proxies in an informed manner."

ADP ICS says it will include analyses from other firms in the future, providing users with a range of opinions on shareholder meetings around the world.

The PE Lite proxy vote execution platform enables users to aggregate voting activity, simplifying the process of voting proxies across accounts. It also serves as an online recordkeeping tool, allowing users to generate proxy voting reports on demand.
