US payments vendor eFunds has appointed Robert Evans as managing director of risk management solutions.
At eFunds, Evans will spearhead the development and expansion of the vendor's risk management products and strategies.
Evans was previously at Regulus Group, a privately-held remittance processing and content management company serving the financial services markets, where he was director of product management, development and marketing. Before this he was president of consulting firm Orion Management. He has also worked at First Union Corporation, now known as Wachovia.
