Capital One Bank Europe has licensed Card Tech's (CTL) card management software, Prime, and fraud detection and monitoring system, Fraudguard.
Capital One went live with the CTL products at its UK centre in July.
CTL says the software has been configured to complement the bank's existing customer relationship management system.
