Barclaycard Germany has implemented Staffware's Business Process Management (BPM) software in an initiative to reduce the time taken to process new credit card applications.
Since deploying the Staffware Process Suite, the firm has cut processing times from three days to just 18 minutes. The software manages all the steps involved in applications processing and integrates all necessary underlying systems.
Andreas Scholze, IT projects manager, Barclaycard, says: "Staffware's Business Process Management approach was chosen as part of the revision of our card administration system."
Staffware says BPM reduces cycle times and costs and increases the productivity of systems, applications and staff.
