Amsterdam-based Getronics has added XML and Web services capabilities to its multi-channel retail banking package, Globalfs.
The new release uses XML and Web services technology to expose business functionality and data within the Globalfs product suite for easy use by other applications in the enterprise.
Getronics says the incorporation of Web services improves the interoperability, flexibility and agility of retail banking automation, providing firms with better enterprise integration.
