Dublin-based CardBase Technologies is teaming with Toronto's NBS Card Technology to provide an integrated smart card issuance and management solution to customers worldwide.
Under the terms of the agreement, CardBase will modify its Mascot Multi-Application Smart Card Management System to provide compatibility with NBS card personalisation systems.
Mascot is aimed at the customised bulk issuance and lifecycle management of smart cards in a single or multi application environment. It provides the functionality to place the card, the applications and the cardholder details into the system and then collate these details for the purpose of card personalisation, initial issuance and subsequent card management.
NBS Card Technology offers a range of low to high-volume card personalisation solutions depending upon card issuer requirements.
