Peter Caswell has resigned as president and CEO of California-based investment management solutions vendor Advent Software.
In a statement, Advent Software said Caswell is leaving to "pursue other interests".
Caswell joined the firm in late 1993 and held a variety of sales and marketing roles until he was appointed president and COO in April 1997. He was given the additional responsibilities of CEO in November 1999. Advent says its revenue increased ten-fold during Caswell's tenure at the company.
Stephanie DiMarco, chairman and founder, will assume Caswell's responsibilities until a replacement has been found.
