Siebel says Singapore's OCBC Bank has rolled out the CRM package to 70 locations, integrating its branches, mobile sales force and call centres across Singapore.

In addition, DBS Bank, which is part of the largest banking group in Southeast Asia, has also standardised on Siebel Finance for its 1800 customer-facing employees across 14 business units. The vendor says DBS Bank is using the software to provide consistent customer service across multiple branches, business units and brands.

Siebel says other Singapore-based customers for the Siebel Finance product include Citibank, Credit Suisse and Standard Chartered Bank.
