NCR Corporation has appointed Victor Lund to its board of directors and as a member of its audit committee.
Lund is currently non-executive chairman of the board of Mariner Health Care and also serves on the boards of Borders Group and Service Corporation International.
He previously served as chairman and chief executive officer of American Stores Company. Prior to this he worked as a certified public accountant.
NCR also announced the resignation of board member James Long.
