Swedish equity trading technology firm NeoNet is to nominate Kari Lotsberg and Torkel Segerstedt for election to its board of directors.
Lotsberg was State Secretary with the Swedish Ministry of Finance 1997-1999, responsible for international economic issues and financial market affairs. She has also held positions in the Norwegian Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Sweden. She is currently working as a consultant.
Segerstedt was previously head of Swedish equities at Handelsbanken and asset manager at Skandia Liv.
Both will be nominated at the firms annual general meeting on 7 May, where all other board members will be proposed for re-election.
