Seville-based El Monte Savings Bank is to implement a data warehouse from NCR subsidiary Teradata to centralise customer information across its operations.
The enterprise data warehouse consolidates and stores all data in a repository, providing staff with a single source of customer information.
The bank says Teradata will provide a complete overview of its businesses and help improve response rates to marketing campaigns.
José Guardado, IT systems and organisation director, El Monte, adds: "Teradata will improve the efficiency of the decision-making process, as well as the quality of the customer information."
