The data feed will be available as a stand-alone system or as a channel on HyperFeed's managed exchange services platform, which utilises the vendor's IP Multicast and Zero Loss Compaction (ZLC) technologies.

Under the agreement, Telekurs USA will also have use of HyperFeed's Web-based back-office software NeoSphere DB, which automates online user registration and includes a vendor automated reporting system (Vars).

Paul Pluschkell, HyperFeed's president and COO, says the partnership opens new markets to HyperFeed while offering current customers a more comprehensive service.

"Global market data from Telekurs is an important component of our new paradigm to offer managed exchange services to modern financial institutions," he adds.

The companies expect the first set of global data to be available to customers by the end of Q1 2003.
