American Management Systems and Brokat have entered an agreement to jointly develop, market and implement multi-channel e-business and m-business software solutions for Global 1000 companies.
The formalisation of the relationship follows Brokat's September 2000 acquisition of CRM solutions provider Blaze Software. Mark Fishwick, vice president of customer services for Brokat, North America says the relationship grew from previous collaborative implementations of the Blaze Advisor Solutions Suite at mutual customers.
AMS has installed the Blaze product at its Centre for Advanced Technologies in Fairfax, at the company's headquarters.
