Under the agreement, AIM-listed UK securities software house Mondas will provide the bank with project and support services.

The contract is valued at a mimimum £640,000 for the initial phase and covers licences, project and support services for CSFB's UK, European and possibly Asia Pacific based investment banking and securities businesses. CSFB also has the option of confirming an additional £450,000 of professional services work.

The vendor says its Radica Caps package streamlines current corporate actions processes, from electronic capture of event notifications to the processing of election decisions, in an STP environment.
