Bank of Scotland has implemented a multi-currency laser cheque printing system from Bottomline Technologies across its Irish operations.
The single platform will be used to generate cheques for Bank of Scotland's six Irish branches, covering five distinct businesses and three different currencies.
Tom Totton, head of finance in the bank's Dublin office, says the introduction of a single platform will remove the need for the use of a number of disparate systems.
