The mobile service is described by the bank as a real-time financial tool kit for Solo electronic banking customers.

It provides subscribers with share quotes from the major international stock exchanges (NYSE, Nasdaq, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Tallinn) and global market news. Real-time price information, follow-up of share quotes and executed trades are also available from the local stock exchange in Helsinki.

The service also offers users stock price and news alerts via mobile phone or email.

The pilot trial is available for Finnish Solo codes in certain new Nokia phones with a colour display such as the Nokia 7650 handset. Nordea electronic banking customers with a Solo Active portfolio agreement will shortly be able to sign up for the service.
