Microsoft has added online bill payment and expanded account aggregation options as part of a new release of its personal finance Web service, MSN Money Plus.
MSN Money Plus is included in MSN 8 Internet Access broadband and narrowband subscriptions and also is available as a separate subscription to consumers who use other ISPs.
The upgraded service offers online bill pay with nearly 950 merchants and provides expanded access to some 3500 financial firms for aggregation purposes.
Subscribers are provided with automated tools to manage bill payments and track budget and can store account details for up to 18 months.
Chris Jolley, director of product management, financial products group, Microsoft, says: "MSN Money Plus acts like a personal accountant, saving you time and effort by automatically organising and analysing your finances for you."
