Pennsylvania-based Vanguard Brokerage Services has gone live with OM's Retail Order Management system.
The in-house system will enable clients to access accounts and initiate orders via the Internet, a voice response system or directly with a broker.
Vanguard will be able to control customer interfaces and change its web front end to meet individual business requirements.
The brokerage will maintain real-time links to Pershing's back office clearing and settlement system.
