California-based data management software vendor Kx Systems has opened a New York office in mid-town Manhattan.
The new office is staffed by First Derivatives, Kx's strategic partner for financial solutions.
Michael O'Neill, operations director at First Derivatives, heads the field office which provides sales, services and support to Kx Systems' customers.
"Although we have been successfully selling to and supporting East Coast customers for some time, it's exciting to demonstrate an expanded commitment to them with this new office," says O'Neill.
Headquartered in Palo Alto, California, Kx also has an office in the UK.
