DataContent has expanded its consultancy operations with the appointment of Louise Leishman, formerly vice president and European market data manager at Detusche Bank, as director of consultancy services.
Her appointment comes weeks after the company named Steve Allen, a former director and head of global market data at Deutsche Bank, as director and global head of business development.
In her new role, Leishman will join Allen in broadening the firm's client list within the investment and retail banking sectors in the UK and Europe.
Leishman says: "The market-place needs companies like DataContent to help organisations align their market data strategy with their changing business requirements."
DataContent specialises in the provision of market data management services for financial institutions, including the development of customised content strategies, content products, data contracts and cost-cutting initiatives.
