Portuguese bank Caixa Geral de Depósitos has implemented Computer Sciences Corporation's (CSC) card processing system, Cams II, for its retail banking services.
The system will enable the bank to manage and process all aspects of card and electronic transfer, ranging from proprietary access to full-function branded cards.
The bank will also be able to manage different pricing and processing options.
Implementation begins in Autumn 2002 and the system is expected to be up and running within 17 months.
