The Bank of New York has contracted with Pegasystems to automate investigations and customer inquiry management activities within the bank’s funds transfer and foreign exchange operations.
The bank has signed with the vendor for the deployment of its PegaIntegrated Investigations for Payments product.
To date six of the top ten global banks have implemented Pegasystems’ investigations software handling more than 50,000 wire transfer investigations each day, says the vendor.
