Unisys and iE have entered a global reseller partnership that will focus on the joint development, marketing, and selling of e-business software solutions for credit card issuers worldwide.
The two companies plan to combine iE's NetFinance credit card e-business products with Unisys front and back office systems, business consulting, outsourcing and implementation services. iE's products are designed to enable easy integration with multi-vendor card processing systems.
Under the agreement, iE has provided development licenses to Unisys and is to work with Unisys in joint product developments for the card industry. iE will train Unisys employees as iE Certified Consultants on a worldwide basis. In addition to the US, UK and European markets, iE has named Unisys as a preferred partner for the South Pacific, Latin America and the Far East.
