Prudential Financial has gone live with ADP Investor Communication Services' (ADP ICS) new Internet-based mutual fund fact sheet tool, FundMaker.
FundMaker allows fund managers to build fact sheets online from any location at any time, in real-time. Advanced content management features include automatic data population from accounting systems or third party providers, and online text editing.
The online tool produces and distributes fact sheets in a fraction of the time that traditional methods require, says the company.
Richard Ridings, Prudential vice president, says: "We chose FundMaker when we realised how much more efficiently it would enable us to create and distribute our mutual fund fact sheets."
Prudential uses ADP technology for financial printing services, electronic document delivery, proxy processing and regulatory report mailings.
