The new service gives consumers the ability to electronically exchange money with any individual who has an e-mail address including online auction sellers; transfer money between multiple current and savings accounts from one location; and receive e-bill summaries at personal inboxes with quick links to make payments.

"Security, convenience and broad functionality are extremely important components necessary to win consumers to electronic bill paying," says Ken Keller, general manager of Bills.com.
