Merrill Lynch has selected Florida-based Beeline to automate and manage the procurement of its temporary staffing and consulting requirements.
Under the agreement, Beeline will provide Merrill Lynch with a fully outsourced human capital management automation (HCMA) software solution. The Web-based HCMA solution will apply to the bank's contingent work force, including information technology, clerical and offshore resources.
The bank says the solution will reduce costs on its current contingent work force, realise process efficiencies and enforce cost management and policy guidelines.
