Canada's Scotiabank has licensed Sanchez Computer Associates's integrated banking platform from Datawest Solutions for use across its mortgage operations.
Scotiabank will utilise the Sanchez Profile core banking and transaction processing software to support its mortgage operations across the bank's 1000 domestic branches and its four call centres. Datawest will provide development and implementation services.
Under an additional agreement Datawest, as prime contractor, will provide Canadian customisation, development and implementation services to convert Scotiabank's mortgage loan portfolio to a Datawest/Sanchez banking solution.
