Thai Military Bank (TMB) has selected Computer Associates' Unicenter solutions to streamline IT management and support operations.
From a central console, TMB administrators will utilise Unicenter Asset Management and Unicenter Software Delivery to automatically update and accurately inventory IT devices across the bank's 355 branches. Unicenter ServicePlus Service Desk and Unicenter Remote Control will enable TMB support personnel to proactively diagnose and resolve system issues before they impact end users.
Narathorn Wongvises, first executive vice president, Thai Military Bank, says: "Unicenter can both automate and centralise IT administration, allowing us to improve and rationalise workflow and centralise back-office functions with little deployment effort."
