The Nasdaq Stock Market has appointed Thomas Stemberg, Thomas Weisel and Mary Jo White to the firm's board of directors.
Stemberg is the founder of office superstore Staples. Weisel is chairman and CEO of merchant bank Thomas Weisel Partners. White was formerly United States attorney for the southern district of New York and currently chair of the litigation department at Debevoise & Plimpton.
