TCA Consulting has appointed former Morgan Stanley VP John Searle as a principal consultant.
In his new role, Searle will be working with clients on systems planning and implementation, specifically around credit derivative technology.
Searle joins TCA Consulting from Morgan Stanley where he held the position of vice president, working on fixed income and derivatives technology and STP programmes. He also previously worked at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Sydney and London.
