Malta's Bank of Valetta has selected Vasco technology to secure its Internet, telephony and call centre-based operations.
The bank has placed a "substantial" order for personalised units of Vasco's Digipass 250, which will be distributed to BOV's corporate and retail customers, allowing them to conduct transactions in a secure manner across multiple delivery channels.
BOV is currently developing a high performance multi-channel delivery system that will enable it to provide a wide variety of services to its customers via the Internet, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), mobile telephony, as well as its customer service centre.
