The National Bank of New Zealand has selected SmartStream Reconciliations to automate the reconciliation of its Nostro Cash accounts and its internal accounts, maintained on in-house proprietary systems.
SmartStream Reconciliations will be installed in the bank's corporate headquarters in Wellington.
Speaking on behalf of The National Bank, Roger Bayly, project manager FX Systems says: "We were looking for a proven, scalable system that would enable us to benefit from the latest technology and also be able to expand with our business."
The National Bank is SmartStream Technologies' second reconciliations client in New Zealand. Auckland Savings Bank has been a customer for the last two years.
