Multex.com has integrated RiXML (Research Information eXchange Markup Language) 1.0 standards across its range of product offerings.
RiXML.org is a consortium of buy-side and sell-side firms established to define an open standard for categorising, aggregating, comparing, sorting and distributing global financial research.
John Mahoney, chief technology officer, Multex, says: "RiXML has emerged as the industry standard for classifying financial content on the Web and we are delighted to take this first step in our on-going support of RiXML to develop an open, global standard for the tagging and delivery of investment research."
