Mercator's object broker technology will also be used to migrate to the Swift ISO 15022 message standard.

Dennis Wong, director of information technology, Credit Suisse Asset Management, says the bank required a solution that could process higher volumes of transactions at faster and more accurate rates.

"The Mercator STP solution has produced huge cost savings. Mercator speeds our confirmation process, significantly reduces manual workload, and improves control and automation of our systems. If you can automate your systems to 65% that's pretty good; with Mercator we now have close to 100% automation," says Wong.
