MetLife Bank, the banking subsidiary of the US life insurance firm, is to outsource its banking operations and technology infrastructure under Sanchez' e-Profile solution.
The contract also includes implementation of Sanchez Xpress, an enterprise customer and transaction management system, and two Web-based front-end customer servicing applications, Webclient and WebCSR.
Eric Panepinto, president of Sanchez’ e-Profile outsourcing operation, comments: “Our outsourcing model continues to attract institutions, particularly the branded, non-bank financial service institutions, looking to expand their business with banking products and services."
Implementation services for the project will be provided by Sanchez and IBM, under their global alliance for the provision of retail online banking and legacy replacement solutions.
