Ljubljana Stock Exchange has launched a new system, SEOnet, for the electronic dissemination of company information.
The launch of the service coincides with the adoption of a national Securities Market Agency (SMA) decree which puts electronic documents on the same legal footing as paper.
The SEOnet service consists of two individual components: SEOin - for listed companies and other capital market regulatory institutions; and SEOnet which meets the needs of broader investing public.
Investors can access historic data on announcements via a range of search tools. At the end of a trading day, a daily summary and an official price list of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange are forwarded to subscribers.
The SEOnet service is currently available in the Slovenian language.
