Australia and New Zealand Bank is to offer PC package discounts as part of an initiative to expand it online services to small businesses. The bank is teaming up with PC retailer Gateway to provide 20% discounts on computer sales to small business customers.
The bank has also enhanced its online business banking services. New features enable customers to make five payments or transfers on one screen, search their transaction history by type of transaction, amount or date, and keep track of outstanding cheques. Through ANZ BizSite, businesses can also build a Web site, online product catalogue or an online store with real-time transaction processing. Customers are also able to register their own domain name through anz.com.
ANZ managing director, personal e-commerce, Satyendra Chelvendra says over 30% of ANZ’s small business customers are already utilising the online banking service.
