ValiCert and Entegrity Solutions have formed a strategic alliance to help Identrus financial institutions secure online transactions. The partnership will focus on real-time, standards-based certification and validation services.
As part of the deal, Entegrity has integrated ValiCert's Financial Express solution into the Entegrity TSP (Trust Services Platform), an Identrus-certified application building platform. Financial Express offers banks a fast way to establish an Identrus-approved commercial offering.
Identrus is a bank-backed initiative created to develop a secure environment for online corporate transactions. The Entegrity/ValiCert alliance aims to give financial institutions a single source for Identrus-compliant applications. The two companies expect to provide demonstrations of their combined solution at the Swift interbank conference being held in San Francisco September 11-15, 2000.
