The new messaging module offers automated authorisation, repair and release procedures and also provides for integration with back-office systems and routing of messages through Swift and other local, regional and international networks.

The ActiveBank package has been further enhanced to support the new breed of combination products for retail banking. These products group customers' accounts, savings and investments into a single product for interest accrual.

Financial Objects says the new module is currently live with Aegon, one of Europe's largest insurers operating in the retail banking sector.
