Atlanta-based Spectrum EBP, the bank-owned payment system utility that routes electronic bills and payments between billers and consumers, has appointed Simon Nahnybida as the company's vice president of sales.
Nahnybida will be responsible for the further development and management of Spectrum's sales strategy for electronic bill payment and presentment (EBPP). He is also charged with evaluating potential business alliances, new products and services and recommending and negotiating strategic alliances and partnerships. He will report to John Perry, Spectrum's chairman and CEO.
Prior to joining Spectrum, Nahnybida was vice president of business development at CheckFree Services Corporation, where he developed and supported the company's international strategy for EBPP. He was previously vice president of new EFT Products at MasterCard International.
