Syntegra has entered a joint marketing and reseller agreement for the integration of Avistar's video operating system with its ITS voice trading platform.
The AvistarVOS software provides users with a full range of video communication services - multi-party video calls, broadcast, video-on-demand, record and publish - all directly from their desktops. This will now be incorporated into Syntegra's ITS voice trading platform, which currently runs across multiple channels such as the Internet, instant messaging, mobile and voice.
Rod MacDonald, director of Syntegra’s trading systems business unit, says: “Integrating Avistar’s software with Syntegra’s trading technology is a crucial element of our vision to enable the virtual trading organisation by seamlessly connecting distributed sales offices, trading centres, partners and clients worldwide.”
Under the terms of the agreement, Syntegra will sell the integrated Avistar-powered ITS turrets to its clients worldwide.
