US cable television channel TechTV has entered a content agreement with MarketWatch.com, a provider of financial news and information via the Internet.
Under the terms of the agreement, the TechTV.com Web site will receive added financial content from MarketWatch.com, including stock quotes with customised indices and interactive charting, a personal portfolio tracker for 10 stocks, a daily news feed and a customised index chart.
Scott Kinney, executive vice president of licensing at MarketWatch.com, says: "This arrangement with TechTV allows us to expand our reach while providing resources that fit well with their high-quality technology content."
