Israel Discount Bank has launched an AI-driven digital assistant that not only answers customer questions but proactively offers personalised insights and guidance.
The free Didi assistant, available through the bank's app, is powered by Personetics, an Israel-based firm that counts SocGen and RBC among the clients for its AI and predictive analytics capabilities.
Constantly analysing individual customer transaction streams, the Personetics Cognitive Banking Brain enables Didi to identify and predict issues and opportunities related to specific transactions, personal spending trends, and savings opportunities.
It then proactively prompts customers with relevant insights to help them manage and control their finances.
Ziv Biron, head, strategy, planning and finance division, Discount Bank, says: "Proactively providing insight and advice, Didi is always one step ahead, empowering customers to be more efficient and effective in managing their money."
