Finnish e-invoicing startup Zervant has struck a multi-million euro white label deal with ING Belgium.
The deal enables ING Belgium to acquire the rights to rebrand Zervant’s invoicing software, which is currently used by small businesses and entrepreneurs throughout Europe, for onsale as ING invoice solutions.
During the first phase, ING Belgium will have the rights to sell the tool in Belgium, with a potential opening to other entities in the group .

Headquartered in Helsinki, Zervant was founded in 2010 and has raised over EUR4 million of venture capital and angel funding. The company claims over 100,000 users in its core markets of Sweden, Finland, Germany, France and the UK.
Zervant co-founder and CEO Mattias Hansson describes the agreement with ING Belgium as a significant step forward for the company.
"With the deal, Zervant hopes to substantially increase its turnover for the year, and backs up our growth initiatives," he says.
