FinancialOxygen, provider of capital markets trading hubs for the middle market, has formed an alliance with Ernst & Young to provide a range of tax and accounting advisory services to financial institutions.
Ernst & Young will offer its Online Tax Advisor and Accounting & Auditing Toolkit to independent financial institutions (IFIs) participating in FinancialOxygen's online capital markets trading hub, BankOxygen.
E&Y's Online Tax Advisor is a Web-based service that delivers written tax advice and assistance. The Accounting & Auditing Toolkit bundles a variety of US GAAP and regulatory related knowledge sources.
Ernst & Young will also provide the BankOxygen participants information on a number of its specialty practices with offerings geared to IFIs, such as cash management services, risk management & regulatory services and eRisk Solutions.
BankOxygen currently executes about $3 billion in daily volume and connects the nation's 21,000 IFIs with major providers of wholesale investment products.
