A fintech-themed version of IE business School's Venture Days events, the sessions will focus on startups with innovative applications across the financial sector, including payments, alternative lending, wealth management and investment services, client and risk analytics, customer experience and the digital delivery of financial services.

Top drawer pitches will stand the opportunity to gain funding from the $100 million venture arm of Banco Santander, as well as receive mentoring from IE Buiness School academics in finance and business.

Paris de l’Etraz, managing director of IE Business School’s Venture Lab, says: “Through this new initiative with Santander InnoVentures, we will attract and cultivate leading edge fintech startups on both a global and local level.”
